The whole property is pet friendly and the rooms cleaning is always given special attention. In case of any allergies, we take note and use specific products.
Our reception is operational 24/7 so there is no time limit for the check-in and buses are still running by that time but with less frequency than during the day.
We do not have a private transfert service from the airport but taxis and the public bus called "Volabus" are always available right in front of the arrival terminal.

Hello, breakfast is not included but can be added upon check-in and it is 10,00 Euro per person per day.
We rely to an external service for the laundry, to be paid upon check-out. They pick up your clothes in the morning and take them back within the evening. We can also provide an ironing board in the room without any extra charge.
There is a public parking only 200 metres from us. It is an underground garage open 24/7 and you will pay directly at the machine with the ticket you pick up when you enter. The cost is Euro 2.30 per hour or 23.00 for 24h stay.

We only provide a baggage loading/unloading area. The public parking is 200m far from the hotel in Piazza Piccapietra. The fee is 23,00€ per day, no reservation is needed.

Hello, we do have a lift to get to the rooms but the are about 12 steps at the main entrance to get to the lobby.
By taxi is 25/30 Euro and it takes about 20 minutes to reach us. If you take the Volabus (public bus), it's 6,00 Euro per person and the ride lasts about 40 minutes.

we are 1km far from the train station. It's very easy to reach us: You can take bus 34, or taxi or you can walk ( about 15 minuts)
